FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

While typically there are no customization needed for our save a dive kits or clip kits we do understand there are some cases where you are looking for something specific. Please feel free to contact us and let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to help you customize your save a dive kit.

Yes – if you encounter any defects within the first 2 years please reach out to us for a replacement or repair. Note since items within the save a dive kit are consumable we do not provide replacements for consumed items. 

You can return or request an exchange for up to 90 days after your purchase.

Typically we send out orders within 24 hours of their receipt. We use first class USP shipping which generally delivers our product to most US locations with 5 business days.

We do not currently have a retail location. However we are working with dive shops to get our Ultimate Save A Dive kit made available within a number of local dive shops
